What We Do

Our learning expeditions take our customers out for 5 days to the most surprising environments in well-selected international cities. Through eye-opening activities, such as conferences, company visits, group projects

and workshops, they will witness firsthand atypical management styles and technologies, reflect on the impact of the upcoming trends, and interact with current leaders, influencers, avant-garde startups and reactive enterprises.

Based in China and Europe, our team is made of visionary millennials. We are devoted to understand our clients’ challenges and passionate about inspiring them through our unique experiences.

Our Approach

  • Definition of the challenges, interests and goals of our clients.
  • Design of a highly flexible one-week program, divided in different stages of reflection, from macro observation of the new environment, to redefining the company’s innovative culture.
  • Selection of the right conferences, group projects, company visits, governmental interactions, panel discussions, networking events, VR/AR experiences, workshops, business lunches, closed-door diners; all of which will contribute to the overall reflection taking place all along the week.
  • Onsite coordination and close supervision of the program.
  • Followups with all relevant actors.
